I really enjoyed the opportunity to be the Keynote Speaker for PNC Bank. They had a fantastic corporate event held at the beautiful Breakers Resort in Palm Beach, FL. It was thrill to share my views on chasing dreams and pursuing goals with the group.

I had the opportunity to share time with the President, Rich Purrini. He was my kind of guy! He has loads of passion and pride and you can see that his energy sets the tone for his group to achieve great success.

PNC Bank was Awesome with a capitol A!

Yesterday morning I received a phone call from Fran McCaffrey, head basketball coach of U of Iowa. I was so sad to learn that Austin Schroder, 15 years old, and a very close friend of Fran`s son Patrick, has lost his battle with cancer. Austin joined us last year at an event for the V Foundation in Iowa and his smile will never be forgotten.

He was so courageous as he battled a form of brain cancer and did all he could to try and win that battle; but as we said from day one cancer flat out sucks.

I send my sympathy to his parents Stacy and Craig. The pain they must feel is unbearable. Austin`s nickname was Flash and his friends, family, and teammates adored him. He will certainly be in a better place away from chemo and radiation. We pray that he RIP.

I know that I was so inspired by meeting him and sharing time with him. We must all unite to try and beat this disease and this will make me work even harder to fight this disease.

I had a blast last night as I spoke at the Virginia Beach Forum at the Sandler Art Center. It was a beautiful facility and the crowd was awesome with a capital A! I Spoke about chasing dreams and making it in the game of life.I can`t thank the crowd enough for their standing ovation.

My wife and I enjoyed the post event party. It was a fantastic event as I had the chance to spend time with the fans and sign autographed books. It was a really great time.

Barbara Deal,Vice President of the organization made sure all the details were taken care for Lorraine and me.

I also had the opportunity to meet Bruce Thompson, the owner of the Ocean Front Hilton Hotel in Virginia Beach. He was so generous and asked my wife and I to join him at his home where we met his son Josh who has ALS disease. He is so inspirational and has raised millions for the cause and those who battle ALS.

It was beautiful evening with fantastic people.

We are very blessed in our area to have the Sarasota Open Tennis Tournament. It is a $100K tournament for professional tennis players chasing dreams to be the best they can be.

This year Federico DelBonis won. He was able to get to Winners Circle as he played brilliant tennis all week long. He is ranked 88 in the world. The best tournament of his life was 2 years ago at a Challenge tournamanet in Hamburg, Germany; when he beat Roger Federar, who was #1 in the world. All the points he accumulated in Sarasota will help him move up in rankings.

It was quality tennis at Lakewood Ranch Tennis Center. I must commend all the people at the tennis center involved in this event including Paul Letterman, who heads up the tennis center and Tony Driscoll, organizer and promoter, who did a great job bringing in 1st rate tennis players.

It was a wonderful opportunity to see some young kids who are the future stars of tomorrow. Two rising stars in particular were Jarred Donaldson and Frances Tiafoe. They are absolutely going to make a big impact in the tennis circuit. They are 17 years old, from the US and have a brilliant future.

I love tennis and to have quality tennis in our backyard is terrific.

Congratulations to Duke on national championship number five under coach K.

The Blue Devils beat Wisconsin in Indianapolis in a great game. Tyus Jones and Grayson Allen were the star of stars. All of Duke’s 37 points in the second half were scored by diaper dandies.

Give Wisconsin credit for a great season. Duke took a 59-58 lead on a big trifecta by Jones.

It was a great way to end the season. I feel Coach K is now the greatest coach in college history.

What a night in Indianapolis.

Wisconsin gave Kentucky its first L of the season. Duke was impressive in knocking off Michigan State.

Give the Badgers a tip of the hat. They made the big plays down the stretch. The ‘Cats had done that so many times this season, but could not Saturday.

Frank Kaminsky put up a double-double. Sam Dekker was big down the stretch. Wisconsin had the edge on the foul line and in second chance points.

Duke was down 14-6 early and then went on a 36-11 run. Monday night should be a special final.

I arrived in Indianapolis on Thursday for the Final Four. There is excitement in the air. We passed Spartan Avenue and Blue Devil Road.

It was an emotional day as I visited Riley Children’s Hospital, visiting a number of ill children. It motivates me even more to raise dollars to fight cancer.

Then I spoke at the Slam Dunk Cancer event. The Band Perry performed at the event to raise money in the fight against cancer.
