I had a great time spending the morning with the young campers at Phil Helmuth's basketball camp at Sarasota Christian school. Coach Helmuth hosts a week long camp every summer for the youth in the Sarasota area. My twin 7 year old grandsons always participate in the camp. Coach Helmuth asked me to talk to the youngsters about the importance of making good choices and the discipline and motivation needed to fulfill one's goals in life. I always love talking to the youngsters! I then spent some time showing them various basketball drills I used to incorporate in my camps when I had them in Detroit. It was a great morning!
